  • We are following CDC and OSU endorsed guidelines that prohibit gatherings of more than 10 people. This will be enforced by Lake Carl Blackwell staff and OSU Police. Violation will result in removal from the lake.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Waterfowl Blind Drawing

Drawings for Waterfowl Blinds will be held on Saturday August 15th 2020 at the Lake Carl Blackwell Park Office beginning at 9:00 AM sharp.  Names will be drawn randomly, with the 1st name drawn having first pick of blinds.  Waterfowl blind fees will be $100 including all legal waterfowl seasons.

Payment for the Blinds is required at time of drawing.   Blinds not paid for will be redrawn.   Please arrive by 8:40 AM to fill out registration paperwork.

NOTE:  Entrants must be 18 Years of age or older and have a valid Oklahoma Hunting License in order to submit a registration form to be put in for the Duck Blind draw

Social distancing and no group gatherings is enforced at Lake Carl Blackwell by Park Rangers and OSU Police!

Be sure to get your daily or seasonal passes at the Park Office located by the Cowboy Corner Convenience/Bait Shop and display on your rear view mirror.
