LAKE CARL BLACKWELL GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.  All daily use permits expire at 10:00 P.M. on the date issued.
2.  No underage drinking or smoking will be allowed at Lake Carl Blackwell.
3.  No glass bottles or kegs are allowed at Lake Carl Blackwell and if found they may be confiscated.
4. All motor vehicles must stay on designated roads, driveways, and parking areas.
5.  Federal and State Fishing and Boating Regulations are in effect at Lake Carl Blackwell, with the following additions:
A.  No more than 5 black bass may be taken daily.
B.  14 inch minimum length limit on all black bass
C.  No more than 5 walleye/saugeye combined may be taken daily.
D.  18 inch minimum length limit on walleye/saugeye.
6.  All boats and personal watercraft must obey all "no wake" areas around boat ramps, docks, and swimming areas.
7.  Fireworks are not allowed at Lake Carl Blackwell or in surrounding OSU property.
8.  Firearms are not allowed in the park, and surrounding O.S.U. property.

9.  Swimming is at your own risk, and in designated areas only.
10. Quiet hours are to be observed from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. in all areas of the park.
11.  Fires are permitted only in fire rings or grills.
12.  No cutting of living vegetation is allowed.
13.  Overnight camping is allowed in designated areas only.
14.  All campers must register and pay appropriate fees.  Only two vehicles are allowed at each campsite.  Campsites may have 1 RV or 3 tents maximimum
15.  Discharge of any black or gray water is allowed only at designated dump stations.
16.  All Camping permits expire at 12:00 PM on the date of departure.  No extension of time is allowed unless approved in advance by the Park Ranger.
     
All users of Lake Carl Blackwell are responsible for their own actions.  Users recognize that they can be injured, maimed, or lose their life while participating in outdoor recreational activities, and use these facilities at their own risk.
